3199366 - Build Menu Shows 'Empty' in SAP Web IDE Project After Import from UI5 ABAP Repository

Symptom

You attempt to build a Web IDE project after importing the project from a UI5 ABAP Repository. When the Build menu is clicked there are no options listed and it shows 'Empty'
