3199514 - IPS job to S/4HANA On-Premise system failed with error "OnPremiseConnectivityConfiguration is not found"

Symptom

The IPS is running on SAP Cloud Identity Infrastructure. *The bundle IPS tenant is created after March 15, 2022.

A target system to S/4HANA On-Premise is configured, but the job failed with the following error in job error log:

error=com.sap.cloud.ips.connectors.api.ConnectorException: Unable to write entity to target system with name <target system> Caused by: com.sap.cloud.ips.platform.cc.connectivity.configuration.MissingConnectivityConfigurationException: OnPremiseConnectivityConfiguration is not found,
