Changes in job application template are not reflecting on the application on external career site

1. Update a field label in the application template via Admin Center>Manage Templates:
   
2. Go to the Job Application on the career site and the template has not updated:
   

The application that was updated is not the application template that is linked with the Job Requisition Template 

Check what application template is linked to the Job Requisition in Admin Center>Manage Templates>Job Requisition.

In the below example, the application template assigned to the Job Requisition "Basic Job Requisition" is "NXGEN Candidate Detail Info Template NEW":
