After enabling encryption in SRS and ASE, command gateway fails: 

1> connect
2> go
Msg 13045, Level 12, State 0:
Server 'SRS16':
Failed to connect to server 'ASE16' as user 'SRS16_RSSD_prim'. See
CT-Lib and/or server error messages for more information.
