3200055 - List of choices term values are displayed for the supplier even though they are not allowed to edit it

Previously, the list of choice values for read-only item terms are all displayed on the supplier bidding interface even though suppliers are not allowed to edit the term value. Buyers have the option of showing the list of choice values in a popup (View List) by setting the ICM parameter Show enumeration values for read-only terms in a popup (Application.User.EnableShowReadonlyEnumerationValuesInPopup) to Yes, but are not able to hide the list of choices when they don’t want suppliers to see all these values.
