3200172 - Balance Carryforward Error message no. G0811

When running the balance carryforward task in Data monitor an error occurs " "Item 0000211110: no value for subassignment Partnereinheit (reqd brkdown, brkdown type 3, 4) Message no. G0811"

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open Data Monitor.
2. Run task Balance Carry Forward.
3. Error occurs "Item 0000211110: no value for subassignment Partnereinheit (reqd brkdown, brkdown type 3, 4)"

There is inconsistency in the transaction data, and the FS item have breakdown type 3/4, which require the breakdown partner unit. Some partner units are missing FS items. 

1. Change the breakdown type to '2' instead of breakdown type '3', '4'.
2. Then change the balance carry forward task carry forward the data with missing subitem from the previous year to the default subitem in the new fiscal year

or

1. Post correction postings journal entry in the old year by the correct document type 01 and posting level 0C (with +/- amount, with initial / non-initial partner). 
2. Then open app Check and Correct Breakdowns of Transaction Data, and add the missing subitem to the previous year data before executing the balance carryforward.

Note: Consistency check of transaction data does not manipulate released data (= posting level space). So you need to run Validation of universal journals on each period and make sure all the data are correct.
