When try to start the paperwork clicking "Start Employee Wizard" button, nothing happens and candidate is not able to complete the activity.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0
Reproducing the Issue
- Candidate login through paperwork link
- When click in "Start Employee Wizard" button, nothing happens
Cause
Onboardee's work country is either null or empty.
Resolution
Checking in candidate's details saw there are no information regarding the country. This information is necessary to proceed.
Please test with a new candidate providing country details and it should work.
