You are is using the Employee Delta Export and have adapted the Addin in the past in VBA. You now wish to update the Addin with the latest version and notice that it is password protected in VBA after exporting it from the SF instance

Expected behavior. As of 1H 2021 it is technically not possible to adapt the Add-In

With 1H 2021, the Employee Delta Export Add-In was enhanced with code protection and a digital signature, important for the security of the Add-In. The reason for this enhancement was to prevent unwanted changes in the Add-In thus ensure security compliance. Compliance can now be guaranteed with the existence of the original digital signature.
