3200466 - Error occurred when accessing IPS via URL like https://<iastenantid>.accounts.ondemand.com/admin due to IPS tenant is not existing

Symptom

When trying to access Identity Provisioning (IPS) via the URL https://<iastenantid>.accounts.ondemand.com/admin, the following error has occurred.

  • User is not assigned to Manage Identity Provisioning role.
  • The account is currently disabled or does not exist. Contact your system administrator.
  • The "Identity Provisioning" tab is missing in the SAP Cloud Identity Services (IAS) administration console.
