SAP SuccessFactors Employee Profile

1. Go to People Picker;
2. Search for an Employee's name;
3. See that their Job Title/Title appear right below their names.
   
   
   

As per the current product design, being able to see the Job Title/Title is the standard behavior and can be controlled via RBP - for reference on this topic, kindly review the following implementation guide:

However, please note that People Picker displays the information stored in the Standard Element: "Title" (UDF).

The hard-coded HRIS mapping is configured to send information from the EC HRIS Element "Job Title" (Job Information) to the Standard Element "Title" (UDF).

In case this is overwritten by a custom mapping, whichever field has been set as the source, will be the place to check when consulting what information is displaying in Standard Element "Title" (UDF).
