Symptom

  • You are Running WorkZone Configurator - Run the Work Zone Configurator - SAP Help Portal | SAP Help Portal
  • You are at Set up Environment step
  • You get an error after clicking Trigger Setup
  • Clicking in Show Error Details show the error message:
    Error Details

    getIdpMetadata, 'config':'url':'<URL>','method':'get','response':'status':'404','statusText':'Not Found','data':'ErrorMessage':'Unable to retrieve SAML IDP metadata due to: Keypar for subaccount <subaccount_id> does not exist'
