3200645 - "Export as Text" always shows a dialog during the download of a spool request from SP01

Symptom

When downloading a spool request from SP01, a popup dialog is displayed and asking the user to select the directory in which the data should be saved.
It is expected that the data is saved to the working directory of the SAP GUI without the popup dialog.
