3201142 - Excel VBA is not working properly and showing error "Microsoft Excel has stopped working."

Symptom

When login via Excel VBA, Excel shows error "Microsoft Excel has stopped working."
If then debug VBA Script, Alt+F11 -> show script -> search for MSGBOX -> set breakpoint and reproduce the issue,
breakpoint reaches to MSGBOX -> right click and add watch, it shows Error : "Automation error: The object invoked has disconnected from its clients. "
