You have configured the SMTP server in your SAP Customer Checkout manager using the Port: 587 to send e-mails, however the e-mails are not sent.
In the CCO manager log file, the following error is raised:
- [Simple Java Mail async mail sender, executor 10 / thread 1] ERROR com.sap.scco.cs.service.email.impl.EmailDeliveryServiceImpl - Failed to send email
org.simplejavamail.smtpconnectionpool.TransportHandlingException: Error when trying to open connection to the server, session:
Caused by: javax.mail.MessagingException: javax.net.ssl.SSLException: Unsupported or unrecognized SSL message
