3201500 - 10321 error when executing sp_locklogin - ASE

Symptom

  • Applied an 16.0 SP03 PL11 HF1 on top of 16.0 SP03 PL03
  • Running the following command:

sp_locklogin <login>, 'unlock'
go

  • The following error is reported

Number (10321) Severity (14) State (1) Server (SYBIT) Procedure (sp_locklogin) Ad-hoc updates to system catalogs not enabled. A user with System Security Officer (SSO) role must reconfigure system to allow this.

  • sp_locklogin stored procedure is NOT in the master database
