You are performing a search using advanced search or column filter in the field Created By. However, there are no results for the specific searched value. For other values it is working as expected.

Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Leads view.
- In advanced search fill the Created By field with the expected value and click Go.
- No results are shown for this specific value.
This is just an example, it happens in any screen or object.
The advanced search for the field Created By works with the Business Partner ID.
For any business object, if the instance is created from an external source (integration/web services/Odata/etc..) the user responsible for this action is a technical user.
However, a technical user there is no related business partner.
Currently this is a limitation that it won't be possible to use advanced filer for Created By/Changed By for technical users across all C4C screens.
An alternative option may be to check the SAP Cloud for Customer Customer Influence to submit an idea:
