Symptom
Customer complains that SMS messages sent from FSM are not received by mobile devices. When a SMS message is sent, e.g. triggered by a business rule, FSM calls a third-party API currently provided by Sinch Live Link 365. Sinch is a messaging gateway provider integrated with SAP FSM, and takes care of transmitting the message to the respective cellular network provider, which in turn delivers the message to the actual device.
In case the SMS message is not delivered to mobile device, the issue can be on SAP FSM side or SMS gateway provider Sinch depending upon several conditions.
