3201635 - onChange Business Rule does not work as expected in Manage Pending Hire but works fine in Add New Employee wizard

onChange Business Rule to set the visibility of the fields does not work in Manage Pending Hire (MPH). The rule works fine in Add New Hire page however does not work as expected in Manage Pending Hire.

As per the rule execution logs, the rule is changing the visibility of the fields successfully; however in the UI actually the fields' visibility is not getting changed.
