3201753 - Council Tax AEO subtypes

After the implementation of SAP Note 3153425 - PA-PA-GB: Welsh Council Tax DEO threshold increases from April 2022

• The subtype EWC is delimited in table T5G16 from 31st March 2022.
• Newly created subtypes ECT and WCT short texts are missing from table T591A .
• The subtype EWT (Council Tax AEO (England and Wales)) has been removed by the two new court order types ECT (England Council Tax AEO), WCT (Wales Council Tax AEO). It is not possible to create a new record with subtype EWT where the issue date is 01.04.2022 or later.
