3201838 - [Onboarding] Default Event Reason Rule is not working post 1H 2022 Release

Internal Hires and subsequent Onboarding processes are being skipped for candidates. This was working as expected prior to the 1H 2022 release. This is happening specifically when Event Reason is passed via Business Rule for Internal Hires

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

•  In b2205, a new rule context called "API" has been introduced and this has a default value as 'Yes'

• Supported Context in BCUI - SAP Help Portal | SAP Help Portal - Compare against b2111 to see the difference.

• We pick up onSave rules that have only Onboarding Rule Context as 'Yes'. This is the reason the rule is skipped.

• onSave rules should have only the Onboarding Context set as 'Yes'. All other contexts should be set as 'No'.

• This is a pre-requirement to pick up rules for execution during the internal hire flow.

• API context should be set as 'No' as a workaround to resolve this issue post b2205.
