Your SAP Identity Authentication Service (IAS) tenant is federated with the subscriber subaccount for SAP Cloud Identity Access Governance (IAG) as described in the guide below:
Federating Identity Authentication Tenant
When attempting to log in to IAG through IAS using your P user ID, the following error message appears:
“Sorry, we could not authenticate you. Try again.”
However, logging in with an email address works without any issue.
