3202042 - Forward propagation picks wrong value after workflow approval - Employee Central

You have following scenario in the instance: 

Field A is parent and field B is child (field B is empty in the current record). In my example I will take Division as Field A and Department as field B.

1. Now you create a future workflow changing Field A;
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
2. Before workflow approval, a new record is added effective before workflow record changing field B;
   
   
   
   
3. Workflow is approved and system carries the value for field B in the approved record, resulting in a association mismatch:
