3202047 - Pop up for entering a transport request not prompted when changing a decision table or other BRF+ object.

When changing a decision table or other BRF+ object in an application such as QIM, output determination (OPD), MM or MDG, there are some transport request related issues:

• The pop up for entering a transport request is not prompted, although the client settings require recording of changes. 
• The object still uses an old transport request and there is no option for changing it.
