3202061 - Creating an IQ Database Fails with message: "limit on number of process identifiers" - SAP IQ

Symptom

  • When trying to build an new IQ server received the following:
    dbisql -c 'uid=DBA;pwd=sybase;eng=util_svr;dbn=utility_db' -nogui create_db.sql

        (A log is saved as hs_err_pid14866_0.log which may contain useful information.
