3202086 - "RBP only " feature of Permission Roles and Groups in Latest Home page

• How  the functionality  "RBP Only "  check  and uncheck  reflects the behavior  under Target group  in Latest Home Page?

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

1. Click  "RBP Only" for any permission role/group
2. Go to Manage Home Page and check if permission role/ group  is  available for selection

In H1 2022 , there is an new feature called "RBP only" available  for permission groups and permission roles.

By default all permission groups and roles will be available for selection in Manage Home page for custom card. But if  an Admin wants to restrict the visibility of certain permission roles and groups to RBP only and for them to not appear in Manage Home page, then they can check this option "RBP only".

• When "RBP only" is checked:

      The particular permission role or group will not be available for Target group  selection in  Manage Home Page

• When "RBP only" is  not checked:

      The particular permission role or group will  be available for for Target group selection in  Manage Home Page

Note : The changes made related to "RBP only" checkbox , may take  up to  60 mins to  take effect. There is an enhancement planned to bring this down to 10 mins  which is targeted to be released  by last week of  May -2022
