When creating a Contract, you want to display the Birth Name and Nickname of the Employee Responsible.

Cause
The fields Birth Name and Nickname are not part of the formatted address, and so far there are no plans to have these available to be displayed in a Contract.
Resolution
This is the expected system behaviour.
