You cannot pass the value of an extension field for the Over-the-Counter Sale document to the Outbound Delivery document.

Cause
Currently there is no Extension Scenario available from Over-the-Counter Sale (Invoice Request) to Outbound Delivery.
Hence, it is currently not possible to pass the value of an extension field for the Over-the-Counter Sale document to the Outbound Delivery document.
Resolution
The feature/functionality is currently not part of the SAP product you have subscribed to, as outlined in our Product Documentation.
