How to mark a Content Object as Complete for user?
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Learning
Resolution
User needs to at least launch the item for once, then admin will see 'View Object Details' link in User entity > Assigned Items > Clicking '...' icon
Click on the Content Object title > Tick the 'Completed' checkbox > Apply Changes
Please note that the completion date & time will be the current time. This is not editable.
Go back to View Object Details page and you will see the Content Object is marked as Completed.
