Finding jobs using the search by keyword is not working for instance located in command 12 stage

Steps to Replicate :

1. Access the RMK career site and search for a job requisition using search by keyword
2. The results page does not show the Requisition
3. Access the RCM career site, the job is visible
4. Click on the job, the redirect will take you the actual job page in RMK.

Issue with the solr search in the 12stage server.

Our operations team have run a solr reindex on DC12 stage and jobs are now searchable again.
Operations are working on RCA and remediation.
