SAP Knowledge Base Article - Preview

3202828 - Document cannot be opened after Unicode conversion or migration from ECC to S/4HANA

Symptom

  • Same document can be opened before system conversion.
  • The document cannot be opened due to error 'Database error for <GET DATA FROM KPRO>'.
  • In SLG1 log, the error is as following:
