3202830 - Envelopes Showing in Awaiting Signature - Onboarding

All the documents are being signed properly in onboarding however the envelopes still showing in awaiting signature and forms not sent signed to DocuSign.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

• SOAP Interface check box is enabled;
• The connection to SAPSF is not activate.

1. In DocuSign.
2. Navigate to Settings.
3. Connect.
4. Select Actions, Edit on the correct Onboarding URL.
   
   
   
5. Please uncheck the SOAP option as showed in he screenshot:
   
   
   
6. Also, guarantee that the connection between DocuSign and SAPSF is activate:
