3202871 - Website Information Not Populating in External Link or Collections

Certain websites when added as an external link or in a Collection, does not auto-populate the thumbnail and description information. Other websites work with no issues.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

The external website is discarding the user-agent Java information or other necessary data. The website could also be rejecting the user-agent strings from Learning.

If possible, reach out to the website owner to troubleshoot further. There are no configurations in Learning to change this behavior.
