3202935 - Survey Responses CSV Report - Date Filter Not Adhered for Mean Score Fields

Symptom

When administrators run Survey Response CSV reports, the History Record Date filters aren't being applied to the Item Mean Score and Survey Mean Score.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Reports
  2. Run the Surveys Report with a survey that has mean score information with a date filter
  3. Run the Survey Response (CSV) report with the same survey and date filters
  4. Compare and notice that the calculation of the Mean Score fields are not adhering to the date filter correctly

Cause

User Filter condition not applied to ItemMeanScore and SurveyMeanScore sub query

Resolution

This issue is resolved in the 2H 2022 release.
