This KBA explains how to activate the Relationship Intelligence add-on in your SAP Cloud for Customer solution

SAP Cloud for Customer


A separate license (Intelligent Sales Add-on) is required before you can add Relationship Intelligence to a project. 
Please follow the below steps to enable the Relationship Intelligence add-on in your system:

  1. Go to the Business Configuration work center.
  2. Go to the Implementation Projects view.
  3. Edit Project Scope.
  4. Go to the 3rd step
  5. Expand the scoping element Communication and information Exchange -> Integration with External Applications and Solutions
  6. Scope "Integration Scenarios with Cloud Solution From SAP"
  7. Go to the 4th steps Questions.
  8. Expand the scoping element Communication and Information Exchange -> Integration with External Applications and Solutions -> Integration Scenarios with Cloud Solution from SAP.
  9. Scope the scoping question "Do you want to use Relationship Intelligence in your cloud solution?"
  10. Click Next and Finish
  11. Go to Administrator -> General Settings -> Business Roles and edit applicable business roles.
  12. Under Work Center and View Assignments, navigate to Intelligent Sales Execution (ID: COD_ISE_WCF) and enable work center views by role.
  13. Save your entries.

Note: If required license (Intelligent Sales Add-on) has not been purchased then system will throw an error message while finishing the project.
