3203141 - Intermittent "no response" issue observed on CCv2

Symptom

When using CCv2 (SAP Commerce in Public Cloud) storefront or any other endpoint sometimes the pages may not be properly displayed (some content is missing or the error page is displayed). The dev tools in the browser may show more details about requests and "no response" instead of particular response code.
