3203237 - Cronjob Aborted with "The value of the parameter 'blobRangeOffset' should be between 0 and -1" exception

Symptom

Some cronjobs e.g. Media conversion jobs are in error and not working as they should.

In kibana, below exception is observed:

"java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: The value of the parameter 'blobRangeOffset' should be between 0 and -1."
