3203353 - Removed Member can still login

Symptom

B2B platform:

When removing a member from the B2B Console Org, I should not be able to login as that user however, I currently can still login.

Steps to reproduce (set up as inactive user):
1. Access B2B Org Management as Delegated Admin or IT Admin
2. Click on a user to disable
3. Make user 'inactive'
