Symptom
You wish to find out what the outage window will be during the scheduled Release cycle, i.e. the times that your system will be unavailable due to the Upgrade.

The Release dates are published in the Community Page "Product Release & Road Map" (see link below)

To find out about actual times per system, use the Cloud Availability Center as follows:
- Go to the Cloud Availability Center URL
- Enter your system ID
- Navigate to SuccessFactors, e.g. https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/cacv2/pg/SFSF/0000XXXXX
