3203559 - Cannot EDIT or ASSIGN Chart of Depreciation to new Company Code

When trying to assign chart of depreciation via T-code OAOB, chart of depreciation field is greyed out and cannot be maintained.
Depreciation Areas can not be maintained in T-Code OADB, OABT
