You post journal entry with Product filled in Profitability Segment. When displaying the same entry in app P&L - Actuals, you find the field Product is empty.

Cause
The product field in Profitability Segment correspondes to field Product Sold in app P&L - Actuals.
Resolution
Please use Product Sold field instead.
