3203570 - Tolerance setting for Service Purchase Order

Symptom

When create SES in ML81N, how to set a tolerance such as 10%?

For example: The PO line item value is 100 EUR, when create SES, system will allow the max total value as 110 EUR, if greater than 110 EUR, error message SE364 will be triggered for unplanned items and SE363 for planned items.
