3203607 - LDAP: error code 82 in GRC User Access Request: Provisioning action is not valid.

Symptom

When using IDM-GRC(SAP Access Control) integration scenario, you got following error in "Submit AC Request" job:

Exception from Add operation:javax.naming.NamingException: [LDAP: error code 82 - (GRC User Access Request:82:Script execution failed)];
remaining name '...'

In the corresponding GRC system, there is an error related to an unexpected provisioning action:
"Provisioning action is not valid in line number 1."
