• No Onboaring documents are visible in Manage Documents
• Can see the documents in Dashboard > Actions > Onboarding Documents

1. Navigate to Manage Documents
2. Filter with the entity Onboardee
3. No Results

User does not have permission to the service user in any role

1. Ensure all prerequisite permissions listed here are granted
2. For the user that cannot see the documents 
3. In their affected role ensure service user is included in the target population of the role
4. Service user must be included in target as they are used to upload documents to manage documents
