3203778 - Get error when trying to create new work flows or resync the repository and job server - SAP Data Services 14.x

Get below error when trying to create a new workflow from SAP Data Services Designer:

Error: Cannot create work flow <name=<JobName>>.

Cannot retrieve <Maximum Version> for repository object <GUID>.

Addition database information: <Cannot retrieve <Language Object Version> from the repository.

Get below error when trying to resync the repository with the job server from Linux server with svrcfg:

Error: Cannot open connection to the repository. Error message is <Sybase connection error: <Sybase CS Library message number <84083974> Severity <5>: Message Text is: ct_connect(): network packet layer: internal net library error: Net-Library operation terminated due to disconnect>.>
