Is reporting only on self data possible in Story report?

Unfortunately, there is no option available to report on self data in Story report. Story report respects RBP and it will show results for all users that the reporting user has permission for. One thing we can suggest is trying Input Parameter (https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/3041376). It will not work perfectly, however you can prompt users to input their User ID (or something unique to their account) when they are opening a Story report and it will only show their results.
