3203884 - "Your model has hidden accounts, which won’t be included in the copy step" in SAP Analytics Cloud for Planning (SAC)

The following warning message is displayed in the copy step of a data action in SAP Analytics Cloud for Planning (SAC):

• Your model has hidden accounts, which won’t be included in the copy step.

However, if you check the account dimension of the source model of this data action, the Hide property of all account members is set to Visible.

• SAP Analytics Cloud (Enterprise) 2022.2.12

1. Open a data action.
2. Click the warning icon.

Cause 1: If you are using an account dimension with more than one hierarchy, the accounts that are not part of the hierarchy are also hidden.

Cause 2: If you are using a global account dimension, the visibility configuration could also be determined by the global settings.

Resolution 1: Please check that all accounts are included in the relevant hierarchy.

Resolution 2: Please check the global setting of this account dimension and make sure all the accounts are visible.
