3203972 - Position Management Status - Onboarding

• If we are moving a candidate from one position to other during Onboarding New Hire Data Review step, then released position’s history is not getting removed only candidate is moving from one position to another in Manage Position. Ready to hire status remains same “NO” for the released position. But it is expected that released position’s ready to hire status should change back to “Yes”.
• Manage Position status not changing.
• In Position management settings, To Be Hired Adaptation, we changed the field value of Set To Be Hired Status if incumbent is unassigned from a Position to "Always", but still Position is not getting updated after changing the position in New Hire Data Review step.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Currently onboarding does not support updating the To Be Hired flag on the leaving position. This is a feature gap and is presently being taken up as an enhancement.

The only work around as of now would be to manually reset the 'To Be Hired' value to 'Yes' on the released position.
