3204053 - How to Manually Create or Re-create a Screen Macro

Symptom

  • There is need to manually create a screen macro for a simulation project
  • In SAP GUI, need to restore the appearance of the original Theme in a Simulation Project. When recording F4 Help/Dialog Modal, the theme is always recorded as Classic theme, rather than the theme normally used.  This is because of a SAP GUI Scripting limitation. Anytime scripting is in use, as it must be for SAP Enable Now recording, these dialog boxes are shown in Classic Theme.  :

 

Appearance During Normal Usage can be any ThemeClassic Theme is what is shown when Scripting is Active
