Symptom
Learning (LMS) custom field is not displaying values in Story report.

Environment
- SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics
- SAP SuccessFactors Learning
Reproducing the Issue
- Login to SF
- Navigate to Reporting
- Create a new Story report based on Leaning connection
- Add the columns for custom field (User > User Custom Fields)
- Click on Preview
- No data displayed on Custom Field column.
Cause
No label or translation added for the values of the Custom Field.
Resolution
- Navigate to Learning Administration
- Expand System Administration > Custom Fields > User
- Search for the Custom Field
- Click "Edit" icon for the custom field
- Fill out "Description" textbox
- Click the "Globe" icon beside Description and provide labels for all languages
- Click "Apply Changes" to save.
Note: If existing Story is still not displaying values for Custom field, recreate the report.
