3204098 - Report Story: Learning Custom Field Data is missing

The LMS or Learning custom fields are not displaying values in Report Story.

1. Create a New Report Story >
2. Add the columns for custom fields (User > User Custom Fields) >
3. Click on Preview Query >
4. Result: No data displayed on Custom fields column.

No label and Translated labels added for the values of the custom field.

1. Go to Learning Administration >
2. Expand System Administration, then Custom Fields >
3. Select User >
4. Click on Search button and find the custom field >
5. Click Edit icon for the custom field >
6. Fill out Description textbox >
7. Click the Globe icon beside Description and provide labels for all languages >
   
   
   
   
   
8. Click Apply Changes to save.

NOTE: If existing Story is still not displaying values for Custom field, recreate the report.

To have a different system behavior, it would be possible to have an enhancement request (KBA 2090228) created for it, where the Learning Product Management team can further review and assess the requested functionality to be considered in a future release.
