3204098 - Learning (LMS) Custom Field data missing in Story due to missing label/translation

Learning (LMS) custom field is not displaying values in Story report.

1. Login to SF
2. Navigate to Reporting
3. Create a new Story report based on Leaning connection
4. Add the columns for custom field (User > User Custom Fields)
5. Click on Preview
6. No data displayed on Custom Field column.

No label or translation added for the values of the Custom Field.

1. Navigate to Learning Administration
2. Expand System Administration > Custom Fields > User
3. Search for the Custom Field
4. Click "Edit" icon for the custom field
5. Fill out "Description" textbox
6. Click the "Globe" icon beside Description and provide labels for all languages
7. Click "Apply Changes" to save.
   Note: While accessing the Custom Field in a specific language/locale, the Description field might be populated with data already. This does not mean that there is a translation for the specific language/locale that the admin is running the report as the LMS is configured to display the system default locale translation value. If English is the LMS default locale and there is a translation value, when editing the custom field, the Description field will display the English translation. If the admin is using Spanish and wants to apply a new value, they need to type in something else into the Description field and apply changes.
   
   
   
   
   

Note: If existing Story is still not displaying values for Custom field, recreate the report.
