3204114 - Issues in the Compensation (Open) profile tab: guidelines not updating and eligibility rules not being applied - Compensation

• Guidelines are updating in the worksheets after related fields are changed, whereas in the Compensation/Open profile tab (accessible through the three little dots beside the employee's name) they are not updating;
• Eligibility rules are being correctly applied in the worksheet for standard and custom fields, but in the Compensation/Open profile tab they are not working for the latter.
